Environmental Service & Design managed the Development Application (DA) process for the intensification of the quarry operations of Purdy’s Quarry at Smithton.
The Notice of Intent (NOI) was produced and the terms of the DPEMP was specified by the Environment Protection Authority (EPA). The DPEMP was produced with consultation with the Environment Protection Authority (EPA) and a number of specialist consultants were used to meet requirements for noise, vegetation and eagle management. Environmental Service & Design managed the overall documentation process and included the clients requirements as issues were raised and answered.
The DPEMP was submitted and approved by the Environment Protection Authority (EPA). The Development Application (DA) was then passed through Council with permit conditions being issued.
